View a Flag

You can see an overview of the flag's information included on a case directly from the summary page.

Select the record(s) and click View record on the Flags panel.

The View Flags panel opens.

NOTE: If you selected more than one flag, you can switch between the flags by selecting the one you want to view on the upper-left of the panel, or by using the arrows at the bottom of the panel.

This shows all information pertaining to the selected flag(s), such as the severity and description of the flag.
