License Panel Fields

Code: Click Lookup License Code to open a selection window. Select the license code, and click Submit.
Description: The description of the license loads automatically when the license code is selected.
Comments: This is additional information about the license.
Fee: This is the fee associated to the license.
ID: This is the fee's ID.
Date Approved: This is the date the license is approved.
