Editor Fields

The following fields are found on the Editor map tool.

• Hide Events: Click to hide events on the map.
• Show Events: Click to show events on the map.
• New selection: Click to define an area on the map.
• Add to selection: Click to add additional assets to the selection by defining an area on the map.
• Subtract from selection: Click to remove assets from the selection by defining an area on the map.
• Clear selection: Click to clear the selected assets.
• Attributes: Click to view and edit attribute fields. These edits are applied to the geodatabase.
• Point/Freehand Polyline/Polyline: Click to add a point, freehand polyline, or polyline to the map. This changes depending on the type of asset you selected.
• Delete: Click to delete an asset.
• Cut: Click to split an asset into two assets.
• Union: Click to merge two assets into one.
• Reshape: Click to reshape a polygon by drawing over the selected feature.
• Undo: Click to undo the previous edit.
• Redo: Click to redo the previously cleared edit.

NOTE: Additional editing tools may be available depending on the type of layer selected, such as Freehand draw and Autocomplete.
