Create a Permit

The Permit panel shows any permits associated with the service request. Cases created from this panel have the comments from the service request copied to it.

PREREQUISITES: Users must be assigned a Default Organization and Security Role within PLL Admin. See Add an Organization and Add a Security Role in the PLL Admin for 15.8 Guide for more information.

1. Select a permit from the drop-down list.
2. Click Create.
