View Asset Costs

Users who have the appropriate permission can view asset costs from a GIS search.

1. Perform a GIS search. See GIS Search for more information.
2. Select the search results that you wish to view costs for.
3. Click Asset Costs.

The Asset Costs panel opens.

4. To filter the asset costs by the date they occurred, enter a From and To date and click Filter.

The Total Cost and Total Labor Hours are shown at the top of the Asset Costs panel. The cost for work orders attached to this asset are shown in the Work Order Costs section and the inspections attached to this asset are shown in the Inspections section.
